A natural thing, not something to fear

how I can help
death doula
A death doula is a helpful friend who can walk with you or your loved one along the path to death.
We are not medical professionals, we are people who can sit with death and dying. You can tell us anything and we will be there for you.
A compassionate presence.
As part of this work I also do public speaking and writing around death.
I am a member of the UK End of Life Doula Association EOLDUK, and have been involved with this work since 2017 when I started my training with Living Well Dying Well.
funeral celebrant
Funerals should feel right. For the grieving and for the person who has died.
There is no fixed way to do this. There are so many ways. You may feel the right thing is a funeral where feelings are expressed, or something quiet and dignified. Where children decorate the coffin or where you bury your person under a tree.
I’m here to help you design the funeral for you.

shamanic services
Shamanic work can help in a variety of ways. As someone is dying, shamanic rituals can help give them peace and allow a gentler transition. this can also be performed after death if it is felt that their passage was not smooth – especially in the case of a sudden death from an accident, violence or suicide.
Psychopomp, as this is known – meaning a a conductor of souls to the afterlife – is also helpful if someone dies alone and friends or family wish to connect with their spirit and release any attachments or heal unresolved issues.
It is never too late for a good death. Some of my clients for this work are seeking help for people who died decades ago.
I have been involved with shamanic work since 2019 and trained with The Sacred Trust.
